abstract = {The present research aims at investigating the rate of happiness among the students of Tehran University, Qom Campus, and identifying and ranking the factors affecting it. The research method is survey- descriptive and statistical population which includes 1464 students who study in different faculties during the first semester in the  academic year of 89-90. The statistical sample includes 218 students who have been selected through a simple and classified random method. Oxford 29-statement happiness questionnaire with the reliability of 0.89 based on Cronbach's Alpha has been used to collect data. In addition to descriptive methods, inferential statistics at the level of Friedman's test of analysis of variance (ANAVA) and t-test have been used to compare the means, by using SPSS. The analysis of data shows that the rate of happiness among the students of Tehran University, Qom Campus is satisfactory. There is a significant difference between the rate of happiness among the students of management faculty and the  students of law, jurisprudence, and philosophy faculties. There is no significant difference the rate of happiness between male or female students or between students in MA level and those in BA level. Furthermore, six factors affecting the happiness of students have been identified. Ranked  according to their priority they are as follow: 1. Interaction between students and professors; 2. Welfare facilities of the University; 3. Organizational atmosphere dominating the university; 4. Students' participation in class activities; 5. Professors' teaching and evaluation methods; 6. Membership in certain groups( sport, cultural, religious, …).},

abstract_fa ={هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان شادی دانشجویان پردیس قم دانشگاه تهران و شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر برآن است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل 1464 نفر دانشجویی که درنیمسال اول سال تحصیلی90ـ89، در دانشکده های مختلف مشغول تحصیل بودند. نمونه آماری 218 نفر می باشد که بر اساس روش تصادفی طبقه ای و ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از پرسش نامه 29 سؤالی سنجش شادی آکسفورد با پایایی 89/0بر مبنای آلفای کرانباخ استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، علاوه بر روش های توصیفی، از آمار استنباطی درحد آزمون تحلیل واریانس فریدمن وآزمونT برای مقایسه میانگین ها در قالب نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات نشان می دهد، که میزان شادی دانشجویان پردیس قم دانشگاه تهران درسطح مطلوب می باشد. بین میزان شادی دانشجویان دانشکده های مدیریت، حقوق وفقه و فلسفه تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد. اما بین میزان شادی دانشجویان دختر و پسر و مقاطع مختلف کارشناسی وکارشناسی ارشد تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. همچنین شش عامل به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر شادی دانشجویان شناسایی شد که به ترتیب زیر اولویت بندی شدند:1. تعامل بین دانشجو و استاد؛ 2. امکانات رفاهی دانشگاه؛ 3. جوّ سازمانی حاکم بر دانشگاه؛ 4. مشارکت دانشجو در فعالیت های کلاسی؛ 5. شیوه های تدریس و ارزشیابی استادان؛ 6. عضویت در گروه های خاص(ورزشی، فرهنگی، مذهبی و...).},
