abstract = {The present paper tries to analyze the degree of educators' knowledge and skill to answer pre-elementary and elementary students' questions about God. The statistical sample includes 44 seminary students who are trained as educators and religious instructors of children in two private elementary schools one in Tabriz and the other in Qom. The research method is a descriptive-field study. A semi-organized interview was used in this study and a content analysis method was used to analyze the data. The unit of analysis was individual. Descriptive statistics like frequency and percentage, and central indexes like mean were used in this research. The research findings show that the degree of instructors' knowledge and skill in all categories was between average and good. The instructors' score was the highest with regard to the knowledge of the principles and method of teaching the concept of God and regarding the characteristics of a successful instructor, and their score was the lowest with regard to the knowledge of development of kids' religiousness and their questions about God.},

abstract_fa ={هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل میزان دانش و مهارت مربیان در پاسخ گویی به پرسش های کودکان پیش دبستانی و دبستانی درباره‌ی خداست. این پژوهش بر روی 44 نفر از طلاب حوزه‌ی علمیه‌ی قم که مربی کودک بودند و مربیان دینی دو مدرسه‌ی غیرانتفاعی در شهر تبریز و قم اجرا شد. روش تحقیق این پژوهش، توصیفی ـ میدانی است. ابزار پژوهش نیز مصاحبه‌ی نیمه  سازمان یافته  است. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است. واحد تحلیل در این پژوهش، فرد می باشد و از آمار توصیفی، مثل فراوانی و درصد، و از شاخص های مرکزی همچون میانگین، بهره گرفته شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که میزان دانش و مهارت مربیان در مجموع مقولات، بین متوسط و خوب می باشد. مربیان در مقوله‌ی آشنایی با اصول و روش آموزش مفهوم خدا و ویژگی مربی موفق، بالاترین نمره را به دست آورده اند و در دو مقوله‌ی آشنایی با تحول دین داری کودک و پرسش های خاص کودکان درباره‌ی خدا، پایین ترین نمره را کسب کرده اند.},
