A descriptive- correlational method is used in this research. The statistical sample includes 150 high school students from both sex between the age of 16 and 18 who were selected by simple sampling to complete a questionnaire about Identity aspects –IV verstion (AIQ-IV) and a questionnaire about religious orientation (Allport and Ross, 1950). Correlation and regression analysis were used to investigate the relationship between the variables and the effect of identity aspects on internal and external religious orientation. The results of regression analysis on both sex show that personal identity, corporate identity, and social identity predict internal religious orientation (p<0.01, R=0.568). From among the aspects of identity, only personal identity predict external religious orientation (p<0.05, R=0.273). در این پژوهش، رابطه‌ی بین ابعاد چهارگانه‌ی هویت (هویت شخصی، هویت ارتباطی، هویت اجتماعی و هویت جمعی) با جهت گیری مذهبی (درونی و بیرونی) بررسی شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده است. تعداد 150 نفر از نوجوانان پسر و دختر با دامنه‌ی سنی 16ـ 18 سال در مقطع تحصیلی دبیرستان به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب و&nbsp; توسط نسخه‌ی چهارم پرسش نامه‌ی جنبه&nbsp; های هویت (AIQ- IV) و پرسش نامه‌ی جهت گیری مذهبی (آلپورت و راس، 1950) ارزیابی شدند. از همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون، به منظور بررسی ارتباطات متغیرها و تأثیر ابعاد هویت بر جهت گیری مذهبی بیرونی و درونی استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون بر روی هر دو جنس نشان می دهد که ابعاد هویت فردی، هویت جمعی و هویت اجتماعی، پیش بینی کننده‌ی جهت گیری مذهبی درونی است (568/0 = R، 01/0 &gt;P) و از میان ابعاد هویت، تنها هویت فردی، پیش بینی کننده‌ی جهت گیری مذهبی بیرونی است (273/0=R، 05/0 &gt;P ). https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_12.pdf
