Five hundred high school students in the academic year of 1390-1391 (2012-2013) from the city of Khoosf were selected by a multistage method to complete scales of religious orientation, external control center and happiness. Factor analysis method and path analysis were used for analyzing the results. The findings show that only external religious orientation can indirectly decrease one's happiness in life by means of increasing the external control center, and can directly decreases happiness with regard to social relations. Therefore, it is important to study the role of external religious orientation in achieving happiness as well as the control center, which explains the role of religious orientation in happiness. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش جهت گیری مذهبی و مرکز کنترل بیرونی در ارائة الگوی شادکامی است. پانصد دانش آموز با روش چندمرحله ای از بین مدارس مقطع متوسطة شهرستان خوسف در سال تحصیلی 91ـ1390، مقیاس های جهت گیری مذهبی، مرکز کنترل بیرونی و شادکامی را تکمیل کردند و برای تحلیل نتایج، از روش تحلیل عاملی و تحلیل مسیر بهره گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد، تنها جهت گیری بیرونی مذهبی به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق افزایش مرکز کنترل بیرونی، موجب کاهش شادی در زندگی می شود و به طور مستقیم کاهش دهندة شادی در روابط اجتماعی است. بنابراین، نه تنها بررسی نقش جهت گیری مذهبی بیرونی در ادراک شادکامی مهم می باشد، بلکه مرکز کنترل، تبیین کنندة نقش جهت گیری مذهبی بر شادکامی است. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/7_12.pdf
