To this end, 32 prisoners were selected from prisoners in Qom central prison and were randomly divided into experiment group (16 prisoners) and control group (16 prisoners). They completed the scales of life satisfaction and subjective happiness. The criteria of input and output of this research include: 1- subjects being young; 2- having least literacy; 3-granted forgiveness or vacation at the end of prison; 4- not participating in the project of hope in prisons of the country. The hope project was implemented for experiment group. The covariance analysis of the data shows that teaching the project of hope is influential in increasing the constructs of subjective well-being such as life satisfaction and subjective happiness of prisoners, such that having moderated the scores of pretest between two groups after intervention, there was a significant difference in the factors of life satisfaction and subjective happiness (p=0/000). Furthermore, the project of hope increases life satisfaction and subjective happiness %60 and %48, respectively. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی اثربخشی آموزش طرح امید در میزان بهزیستی فاعلی مددجویان زندانی بود. بدین منظور، از بین مددجویان زندان قم، 32 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (16نفر) و شاهد (16نفر) جایگزین شدند. آزمودنی ها پیش و پس از مداخله، با مقیاس رضایت از زندگی و مقیاس شادی فاعلی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. طرح امید بر روی گروه آزمایش در 12 جلسه انجام شد. تحلیل کوواریانس داده ها نشان داد که آموزش طرح امید در افزایش سازه های بهزیستی فاعلی نظیر رضایت از زندگی و شادی فاعلی مددجویان مؤثر است؛ به گونه ای که پس از تعدیل نمرات پیش آزمون، بین دو گروه پس از مداخله، در عامل رضایت از زندگی و شادی فاعلی، تفاوت معنادار مشاهده می شود. همچنین طرح امید به ترتیب موجب 60 و 48 درصد تغییرات در افزایش رضایت از زندگی و شادی فاعلی شده است. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/06.pdf
