The statistical universe includes all the instructors of the Quran in Shahr-e- Rey, from among whom 120 were selected randomly. They all completed questionnaires about religious orientation, optimism, spiritual intelligence and spiritual well-being. Stepwise regression was used to analyze the data. The research findings show that internal religious orientation, optimism and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant relationship with spiritual health (p<0.01). an indicative model shows that only spiritual intelligence, internal religious orientation and optimism can predict %59 percent of the variance of spiritual well-being. Therefore, when we think of promoting well-being, we should first concentrate on achieving spiritual intelligence, then on internal religious orientation and finally on optimism. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط جهت گیری مذهبی، خوش بینی و هوش معنوی با سلامت معنوی انجام شد. جامعه آماری، همه مربیان قرآن شهر ری بودند. برای انجام این پژوهش، 120 مربی به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. همه آنها پرسش نامه های جهت گیری مذهبی، خوش بینی، هوش معنوی و سلامت معنوی را تکمیل کردند. داده ها به روش رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شدند. یافته ها نشان داد که جهت گیری مذهبی درونی، خوش بینی و هوش معنوی، با سلامت معنوی رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشتند (p&lt;0/01). در یک مدل پیش بین صرفاً هوش معنوی، جهت گیری مذهبی درونی و خوش بینی توانستند 59 درصد از واریانس سلامت معنوی را پیش بینی کنند. بنابراین، برای افزایش سلامت معنوی نخست باید به آموزش هوش معنوی، سپس به آموزش جهت گیری مذهبی درونی و در نهایت، به آموزش خوش بینی اقدام کرد. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/7_19.pdf
