These cases are drawn from Islamic sources of hadiths, especially Shiite ones, through religious deduction. The same method was used to extract the forms of therapy from authentic sources and define them. This study refers to six cases of compulsion-acrasy of checking which are common among religious individuals: 1. compulsion of checking excretion organs; 2. compulsion of checking minor ritual ablution; 3. compulsion of checking major ritual ablution; 4. compulsion of checking the fulfillment of a debt and rights of men; 5. compulsion of checking prayers; and 6. compulsion of checking nearness to God and feeling of hypocrisy. Six interlinked components were found to cure these compulsions: 1. negating and rejecting perceptive sensations; 2. determining the type of cognition to act; 3. exact determination of behavior boundaries; 4. acting out correct cognitions; 5. Continuation of the act; and 6. refraining from adherence to incorrect beliefs. هدف این پژوهش معرفی نمودهای وسواس ـ  ناخودداری وارسی در میان افراد دیندار و ارائه راهکارهای درمانی آن، براساس روایات اسلامی  می باشد. این نمودها، براساس روایات اسلامی،  بخصوص روایات شیعی به روش اجتهاد دینی گردآوری گردید. سپس راهکارهای درمانی این نمودها، به همین شیوه از منابع معتبر استنباط و معرفی گردیده است. در این پژوهش، شش نمود شایع برای وسواس - ناخودداری وارسی در میان افراد مذهبی به دست آمد: الف. وارسی اعضای دفعی بدن، ب. وسواس وارسی وضو، ج. وسواس وارسی غسل، د. وسواس وارسی ادای دین و حق الناس، هـ . وسواس وارسی نماز، ز. وسواس وارسی قصد قربت و احساس ریا. برای درمان این وسواس ها، شش مؤلفه در هم تنیده کشف گردید: 1. انکار و عدم پذیرش احساس های دریافتی، 2. تعیین نوع شناخت برای عمل کردن، 3. تعیین دقیق حد و مرز رفتار، 4. عمل کردن به شناخت های صحیح، 5. پیوستگی عمل، 6. اجتناب از عمل کردن به باورهای نادرست. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_9.pdf
