The sample consists of 327 BA students who were randomly chosen by cluster sampling form among first year student in Uroomiya University. Seraj Zadeh’s ‘’religiosity scale’’ Badi’a and colleagues’ ‘’measure of spiritual intelligence’’ Walker and Gorsuch’s, ‘’forgiveness scale’’, and Baker and Siryk’s ‘’measure of social harmony scale were used for collecting the data. Correlation Coefficient and Hierarchical Regression were used for analyzing the data. The results of this paper show that spiritual intelligence, religiosity, forgiveness and their components have a significant relationship with social harmony, and they can predict and explain social harmony (P=0.01 and R2= 0.37). Therefore, we can conclude that the variables of religiosity, spiritual intelligence and forgiveness have a decisive role in ensuring conformity between first year students and university environment, and its affairs and problems. Hence, concentration on the predicting variables of this research can contribute to developing efficient programs for promoting social harmony. هدف این پژوهش مطالعۀ رابطه‌ی هوش معنوی، دینداری و بخشندگی با سازگاری اجتماعی دانشجویان سال اول است. نمونه‌ی پژوهش 327 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی سال اول دانشگاه ارومیه هستند که به صورت نمونه گیری «تصادفی خوشه ای» از بین جامعه‌ی دانشجویان سال اول انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها، از مقیاس «سنجش دینداری» سراج زاده، مقیاس «سنجش هوش معنوی» بدیع و همکاران، مقیاس «سنجش بخشش» والکر و گارسوخ، مقیاس «سنجش سازگاری اجتماعی» بیکر و سیریاک استفاده شد. داده های به دست آمده با بهره گیری از ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد هوش معنوی، دینداری، بخشش و مؤلفه های آنها با سازگاری اجتماعی رابطه ای مثبت معنادار داشته، قادرند سازگاری اجتماعی را پیش بینی و تبیین کنند (37/0=R2 و 01/0=P). بر این اساس، می توان نتیجه گرفت متغیرهای دینداری، هوش معنوی و بخشندگی نقش تعیین کننده ای در تطابق دانشجویان سال اول با محیط دانشگاه و مسائل و مشکلات آن دارند. از این رو، می توان با تمرکز بر متغیرهای پیش بین این تحقیق برنامه هایی کارآمد برای ارتقای سازگاری اجتماعی فراهم کرد. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/7_22.pdf
