The purpose of this research is analyzing the efficiency of patience training on psychological hardiness. The statistical population consists of the entire female students in Isfahan high schools for the academic year 1392-1393. A sample including 30 students has been chosen through the method of multistage random cluster sampling. They were randomly placed in two groups: experimental and control. Patience training as a participation was conducted during 11 sessions in the experimental group, while the control group received no participation. The measurement tool of this study includes Hossein Sabet`s (Patience) scale and Kobasa`s (Hardiness) questionnaire. The research data have been analyzed through covariance statistical method by SPSS. The research results show that group patience training is significantly (P<0/05) effective in promoting the limit of student`s hardiness. مطالعة حاضر يک پژوهش تجربي با طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است که با هدف بررسي کارآمدي آموزش صبر بر ميزان سخت‌رويي روان‌شناختي افراد صورت گرفته است. جامعة آماري اين پژوهش تمامي دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌هاي دخترانة شهر اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 1392- 1393 هستند. نمونة آماري شامل 30 تن از اين دانش‌آموزان است که به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي ‌تصادفي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شده و به‌ صورت تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش و کنترل قرار گرفته‌اند. آموزش صبر به‌عنوان مداخله، به مدت 11 جلسه در گروه آزمايش اجرا شد، اما گروه کنترل هيچ مداخله‌اي دريافت نکرد. ابزار اندازه‌گيري پژوهش شامل مقياس «صبر» حسين‌ثابت و پرسش‌نامة‌ «سخت‌رويي» کوباسا بوده است. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از روش آماري تحليل كوواريانس و به‌وسيلة نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزيه‌ و تحليل شد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه آموزش صبر به شيوة گروهي در سطح معناداري (05/0p<) در افزايش سخت‌رويي دانش‌آموزان مؤثر است. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_23.pdf
