In a single-case project, the process of treatment was done for two male patients. The participants were analyzed Yael Brown obsessive-incontinence disorder scale as a dependent variable, in four stages including; pre-treatment stage (base line), tenth session, last session (twentieth session) and three months after treatment (follow up). According to Yael Brown scale, the first participant`s score decreased from 27 in the pre-treatment stage to 6 and second participant`s score from 18 to 0. Therefore, the cognitive-behavioral therapy based on God-like religious assumptions, self-like and hereafter-like assumptions contribute to reducing obsessive-incontinence disorder. هدف این پژوهش، معرفی الگوی درمانی شناختی ـ رفتاری مبتنی بر پیش فرض های مذهبی اصلاح خداپنداره، خودپنداره به عنوان مقدمه و زمینه مهم اصلاح خداپنداره و آخرت پنداره و بررسی اثربخشی آن در کاهش شدت اختلال وسواس- بی اختیاری بود. در یک طرح تک موردی، فرایند درمان بر دو مراجع مرد انجام شد. مراجعان، با مقیاس وسواس- بی اختیاری ییل براون به عنوان متغیر وابسته، در چهار مرحله پیش از درمان (خط پایه)، جلسه دهم، جلسه آخر (جلسه بیستم) و سه ماه پس از درمان (پیگیری) سنجیده شدند. در مقیاس ییل براون، نمره مراجع اول از 27 در مرحله پیش از درمان به 6 و مراجع دوم از 18 به صفر در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری کاهش نشان دادند. بنابراین، درمان شناختی- رفتاری مبتنی بر پیش فرض های مذهبی خداپنداره، خودپنداره و آخرت پنداره در کاهش شدت اختلال وسواس - بی اختیاری مؤثر است. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/2_24.pdf
