abstract = {The aim of present study is to investigate the role of identity styles and religious beliefs in explaining wisdom structure. Method of the present study is descriptive and correlational. Participants in this study were 200 adults with mean age of 37 in governmental and private section (100 males and 100 females). The measure of religious beliefs, identity styles inventory and scale of wisdom test were used as research tools. The results showed the identity styles explain 8 percent of wisdom variance. There are significant correlation between informational Identity Styles and wisdom and cognitive dimension, also reflective dimension had a correlation with informational and normative identity styles and religious participation dimension. The findings also showed significant correlations between affective wisdom dimension and all aspects of religious beliefs.

هدف پژوهش، بررسی نقش تبیین کنندگی سبک های هویتی و اعتقادات دینی در سازه‌ی خردورزی است. روش پژوهش «توصیفی»از نوع «همبستگی» است. جامعه آماری، 200 نفر افراد شاغل بخش خصوصی و دولتی همدان با میانگین سنی 37 سال می باشد. ابزار پژوهش، مقیاس «سنجش اعتقادات دینی»، آزمون «سبک های هویتی» و «مقیاس سه بعدی خردورزی» می باشند. یافته ها نشان می دهد سبک های هویت 8 درصد واریانس خردورزی را تبیین می کنند. از ابعاد خرد، بعد شناختی با سبک اطلاعات جمعی، و بعد تأملی با سبک های هویتی هنجاری و اطلاعات جمعی و بعد مشارکت دینی دارای ارتباطی معنادار است. بعد عاطفی با سبک هویتی اطلاعات جمعی و با هر سه مؤلفه‌ی اعتقادات دینی، یعنی مشارکت دینی، پایبندی، و مسائل شرعی ارتباط معناداری دارد. در مجموع، از بین سبک های هویتی، افراد دارای سبک هویت اطلاعات جمعی که اطلاعات را فعالانه و منتقدانه بررسی می کنند و بیشتر در جستجوی درک معنای واقعی زندگی هستند، با سازه‌ی خردورزی دارای ارتباطی معناداری هستند. ابعاد اعتقادات دینی با بعد عاطفی خرد، نظیر درک احساسات، همدلی و کمک به دیگران ، رابطه‌ی مثبت نشان داد.},
