The statistical population of this study included all MS patients covered by social security insurance. A questionnaire was developed for MS patients to assess their existential beliefs and investigate the effectiveness of existential therapy derived from the Holy Quran. After collecting the researcher-developed questionnaire and following the process of factor analysis, elicitation of the factors contributing to the existential beliefs of the patients was performed, which ‘respectively, included existential beliefs regarding: 1. Being in the meaningful world; 2. Faith and truth; 3. Self-awareness and Responsibility; 4. Forgiveness and love for others. At the final stage, the questionnaire was modified and given to two experimental and control groups to examine the positive change in beliefs. The results of the study showed that existential therapy is effective in the positive change in MS patients. این پژوهش، به منظور تعیین اثربخشی درمان وجودی، بر اساس قرآن کریم، بر تغییر مثبت باورهای مبتلایان به ام اس ارائه شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری این تحقیق، کلیه بیماران ام اس تحت پوشش بیمه‌ی تأمین اجتماعی بودند. برای بررسی باورهای وجودی مبتلایان به ام اس و بررسی اثربخشی درمان استخراجی از قرآن کریم، پرسش نامه ای طراحی شد و در اختیار مبتلایان به ام اس قرار گرفت. پس از جمع آوری پرسش نامه محقق ساخته و پس از طی مراحل تحلیل عاملی، استخراج عوامل تشکیل دهنده باورهای وجودی مبتلایان انجام شد که به ترتیب شامل، باورهای وجودی در رابطه با: 1. بودن در جهان معنادار؛ 2. ایمان و حقیقت؛ 3. خودآگاهی و مسئولیت؛ 4. بخشش و عشق به دیگران بودند. در مرحله‌ی نهایی پرسش نامه اصلاح شده، برای بررسی تغییر مثبت باورها، در اختیار دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفت. نتیجه تحقیق نشان داد که درمان وجودی بر تغییر مثبت بیماران ام اس مؤثر است. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/3_29.pdf
