These standards have been extracted from Quranic verses and presented in detail using a descriptive-analytical method. Based on the extracted features, the initial format of the questionnaire was designed with 120 items, and conducted – after approving its structure and contents by family experts – in a sample group composed of 238 subjects. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated through internal consistency method. The Cronbach's Total Alpha of the questionnaire was .89, the Insight Standard was .85, the Moral Standard was .89, and the Legal Standard was .76. Furthermore, the validity of questionnaire was proved to be .834 by splitting it through Spearman-Brown method, and .833 through Guttman method. Evaluation of the questionnaire shows an ideal degree of reliability and validity for it; thus, it can be used in the spheres of research and treatment. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسش نامه سنجش کارآمدی خانواده، براساس شاخص‎ها و ویژگی‎های به دست آمده از منابع معتبر اسلامی، طراحی و اجرا شده است. این شاخص ها به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به صورت جزئی و تفصیلی از آیات و روایات مربوط به خانواده، استخراج و ارائه شده است. بر اساس ویژگی های استخراج شده، فرم اولیه‌ی پرسش نامه سنجش خانواده با 120 گویه طراحی و پس از تأیید ساختار و محتوا توسط کارشناسان خانواده، در نمونه‌ی 238 نفری اجرا شد. اعتبار پرسش نامه از طریق روش ثبات درونی محاسبه شد. آلفای کرونباخ کل پرسش نامه 89/0، شاخص بینشی 85/0، شاخص اخلاقی 89/0 و حقوقی 76/0 می ‎باشد. همچنین اعتبار پرسش نامه از طریق دونیمهکردن با روش اسپیرمن براون 834/0 و گاتمن 833/0 به دست آمد. ارزیابی پرسش نامه سنجش خانواده‌ی کارآمد نشان داد، این پرسش نامه از روایی و اعتبار مطلوب برخوردار است؛  از این رو، می‎توان از آن در حیطه‎های تحقیق و درمان استفاده کرد. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/1054.pdf
