In Iran, there is no instrument to measure this concept for children. With the aim of developing a localized instrument, this research investigated the validity and reliability of the "Ethical Intelligence Scale" for Iranian 3- to 7-year-old children. 387 boys and girls aged 3 to 7 living in 22 districts of Tehran were selected by "simple random cluster sampling" method. The theoretical framework of this "survey" research is based on the ideas of Burba's (2005) model. To check the validity of this scale, construct validity and factor validity were used, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for measuring the reliability of the instrument. Findings show that by removing or changing some items in the primary factors, this scale is a valid and reliable instrument for measuring moral intelligence in children of Tehran city with regard to socio-cognitive changes in the Iranian society. با توجه به اهمیت اخلاق در اسلام و رابطه تنگاتنگ دین و اخلاق، از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ مسائل تربیتی در جامعه اسلامی، ﭘﺮورش ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ اﺳﺖ. در داخل کشور، ابزار اندازه گیری این مفهوم برای کودکان وجود ندارد. این پژوهش با هدف تولید ابزار بومی شده، به بررسی روایی و پایایی «پرسشنامه سنجش هوش اخلاقی» در کودکان 3 تا 7 ساله ایرانی پرداخته است. 387 تن از دختران و پسران 3 تا 7 ساله ساکن مناطق 22گانه شهر تهران با روش «نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای و تصادفی ساده» انتخاب شدند. چارچوب نظری تحقیق براساس عقاید الگوی بوربا (2005) شکل گرفته است. از روش «پیمایشی» استفاده شده و برای بررسی روایی این پرسشنامه از روایی سازه و روایی عاملی، و برای پایایی ابزار نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردیده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد با حذف برخی گویه ها و تغییر در برخی گویه ها در عوامل اولیه، این الگو تأیید شده و این مقیاس به عنوان الگویی برای سنجش هوش اخلاقی در کودکان شهر تهران با توجه به تغییرات اجتماعی ـ شناختی در جامعه ایرانی ابزاری پایا و رواست. https://ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/sites/ravanshenasi.nashriyat.ir/files/article-files/5_48.pdf
