Interviewing several experts and studying Qur’anic verses for this purpose, we designed a questionnaire of 68 questions; then confirming the validity of the content by experts, we selected 241 students as an "available sample" who answered the questions. The validity of the structure of the questionnaire was investigated using the correlation of subscales and the total score and "exploratory factor analysis" and the following six factors were confirmed: "honesty and righteousness", "following logic", "thinking", "avoiding suspicion", and "independence of opinion". The predictive validity of the questionnaire was confirmed as well; because there was a significant positive correlation between the grades of intellectual maturity from Qur’an’s perspective and the GPA of the students (p<0.05). We also checked and confirmed the reliability of the questionnaire using the "internal consistency" method. Cronbach's alpha calculated for the whole questionnaire was 0.913 and for subscales was from 0.695 to 0.873. In general, we can say: the questionnaire of “intellectual maturity from Qur'an’s perspective" has adequate validity and reliability. هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت و بررسی ویژگی های روان سنجی پرسشنامه ای برای سنجش «بلوغ عقلی از منظر قرآن» بود. بدین منظور پس از مصاحبه با چند متخصص و بررسی آیات قرآن، یک پرسشنامه 68 سؤالی طراحی شد و بعد از تأیید روایی محتوایی توسط متخصصان، 241 دانشجو به صورت «نمونه در دسترس» انتخاب شدند و به سؤالات پاسخ دادند. روایی سازه پرسشنامه با استفاده از همبستگی خرده مقیاس ها با نمره کل و «تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی» بررسی شد و شش عامل «راستگویی و درستی»، «پیروی از منطق»، «اندیشه ورزی»، «پرهیز از گمان»، و «استقلال رأی» تأیید گردیدند. همچنین روایی پیش بین پرسشنامه نیز به تأیید رسید؛ زیرا همبستگی مثبت معناداری بین نمرات بلوغ عقلی از منظر قرآن و معدل دانشجویان وجود داشت (0.05p<). پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از روش «همسانی درونی» بررسی و تأیید شد. آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده برای کل پرسشنامه 913/0 و برای خرده مقیاس ها از 695/0 تا 873/0 بود. در مجموع می توان گفت: پرسشنامه «بلوغ عقلی از منظر قرآن» از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است.
