شناسایی مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان بر مبنای کارکردهای دینداری مبتنیبر الگوی پارادایمی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی مؤلفههای تأثیرگذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان بر مبنای کارکردهای دینداری انجام شد. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، بنیادی و برحسب نوع داده، کیفی از نوع دادهبنیاد است. جامعۀ آماری شامل صاحبنظران دانشگاهی و حوزوی است که به روش هدفمند گلولهبرفی10 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبۀ نیمهساختاریافته مشتمل بر 8 سؤال بود که با استفاده از نرمافزار MAXQDA کدگذاری شد. ضریب پایایی بین کدگذاریهای انجامشده 72 درصد و پایایی حاصل از دو کدگذار 68 درصد بود. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل سؤالات مصاحبه، 100 شاخص (گویه)، 6 بعد اصلی و 24 مؤلفۀ فرعی را شناسایی نمود: جهانبینی (مبانی اعتقادی، مبانی فطری، مبانی کرامتی، مبانی عقلی)، یادگیری (کارکرد، جهتگیری، مهارت)، الزامات یادگیری (محیط خانواده، باورهای فرهنگی، مناسک دینی، نقش معلمان، مناسبسازی محیط آموزشی)، مشکلات یادگیری (بیتوجهی به رشد شناختی دانشآموزان، ارائۀ حجم زیادی از مطالب، استفاده از مربیان غیرمتخصص وکارناآزموده، انحرافات اجتماعی)، استفاده از روش تدریس (تأکید بر روش یادآوری، تأکید بر آموزش تدریجی، تأکید بر آموزش مستمر، تأکید بر روش آگاهیبخشی، تأکید بر روش قصهگویی)، تربیت (رشد اخلاقی، رشد تفکری، رشد آموزشی). با توجه به نتایج میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که الگوی نقش و کارکردهای دینداری دارای ابعاد متعدد بوده و بهمنظور بهکارگیری الگوی دینداری در پیشرفت تحصیلی تمامی این ابعاد و مؤلفهها نیازمند مداخله میباشد.

Title:
Identifying the Factors Influencing Students' educational Achievement based on the Functions of Religiosity using a pa Paradigmatic Model
Abstract:
The present study aimed to identify the factors influencing students' academic achievement based on religious functions. The research is fundamental in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data type, based on data. The statistical population includes academic and seminary experts, 10 of whom were selected using a purposeful snowball method. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview consisting of 8 questions that were coded using MAXQDA software. The reliability coefficient between the codings was 72% and the reliability obtained from the two coders was 68%. The results of the analysis of the interview questions identified 100 indicators (items), 6 main dimensions, and 24 sub-components: Worldview (belief foundations, innate foundations, dignity foundations, rational foundations), learning (function, orientation, skill), learning requirements (family environment, cultural beliefs, religious rituals, the role of teachers, adapting the educational environment), learning problems (ignoring students' cognitive development, providing a large volume of material, using unskilled and inexperienced instructors, social deviations), use of teaching methods (emphasis on the reminder method, emphasis on gradual education, emphasis on continuous education, emphasis on the awareness method, emphasis on the storytelling method), education (moral growth, intellectual growth, educational growth). According to the results, it can be concluded that the role and function model of religiosity has multiple dimensions, and in order to apply the religiosity model in academic progress, all of these dimensions and components require intervention.
