    Transcendent Motives and Individuals’ Distinguished Characteristics of Kerman’s Martyred Commanders

    Abstract: 
    The present research tries to investigate the distinguished characteristics of the individuals the martyred commanders of Kerman. 75 biographies of these commanders have been studied, and a content analysis is made. The research findings show that %65.8 of these commanders has the Maslow’s Meta transcendent motivations and most transcendent motivation (%87.6) has to do with truthfulness and benevolence and the least transcendent motivation (%24) has to do with uniqueness (individuality). Furthermore, %63.7 of the martyred commanders has exceptional characteristics most of which (%100) is related to resistance against dominant culture. The correlation coefficient between transcendent motivation and exptional characteristics is %68.9.

    Title :فرا انگیزش‌ها و ویژگی‌های افراد خود‌شکوفا در سرداران شهید استان کرمان
    Abstract: 
    پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی ویژگی های افراد خودشکوفا در سرداران شهید استان کرمان تدوین شده و بدین منظور 75 زندگی نامه این سرداران با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که 8/65٪ از سرداران شهید، فرا انگیزش های مزلو را دارند که بیشترین فرا انگیزش ( 6/87) مربوط به حقیقت و نیکویی و کمترین آن 24٪ مربوط به فراانگیزش یگانگی است. همچنین 7/63٪ از سرداران شهید ویژگی های افراد خود شکوفا را داشته که بیشترین آن 100٪ مربوط به تجربه های اوج و عارفانه و کمترین آن مربوط به ویژگی مقاومت در برابر فرهنگ مسلط 32٪ است. همچنین ضریب همبستگی بین فرا انگیزش ها و ویژگی های افراد خود شکوفا 9/68٪ است.
