    Care, Everyday Experiences and Spiritual Well-being among the Nurses of Hospitals in Tehran

    Abstract: 
    The present paper seeks to examine the relationship between care, everyday experiences and spiritual well-being among nurses in Tehran. A sample consisting of 250 nurses (188 female and 66 male) working in the hospitals of Tehran who were selected by random cluster sampling completed three questionnaires of spiritual care, everyday spiritual experiences and spiritual well-being.     Title :مراقبت، تجارب روزانه و بهزیستی معنوی در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران
    Abstract: 
    هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه مراقبت، تجارب روزانه و بهزیستی معنوی در پرستاران شهر تهران بود. با استفاه از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای، نمونه ای شامل 250 نفر از پرستاران (188 نفر زن و 66 نفر مرد) بیمارستان های شهر تهران انتخاب شدند و به سه پرسش نامه مراقبت معنوی، تجارب روزانه معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی پاسخ دادند. نتایج نشان داد که ادراک پرستاران از میزان مراقبت، تجارب روزانه و بهزیستی معنوی خود بالا است (001/ 0>p). نتایج ضرایب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که مراقبت معنوی با تجارب روزانه معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد (001/ 0>P و F=16.3) و تجارب روزانه معنوی و بهزیستی معنوی به طور مشترک 42 درصد از تغییرات مراقبت معنوی را تبیین می کند. بنابراین، نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد که توانمندی درونی پرستاران همچون ارتقاء بهزیستی معنوی ایشان و آماده کردن بستری برای تجربه معنوی، زمینه را برای مراقبت معنوی در ایشان فراهم می کند.
