Prediction of Professional Maturity Based on Identity and Religiosity Styles of Students at Allameh Tabatabaii University

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between identity and religiosity and professional maturity among students. Using multistage cluster sampling, 400 students of Allameh Tabatabaii University were selected in the academic year 93-92. They responded to the three questionnaires of Berzonsky’s identity styles inventory (ISI-6G) (1998), upholding religious beliefs (temple) Golzari (1379), and Savykas and Porfeli’s professional maturity (2011).

Abstract:
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین سبک های هویت و دین داری با بلوغ شغلی در میان دانشجویان بود. بدین منظور، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای، 400 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علّامه طباطبائی در سال تحصیلی 93-92 انتخاب شدند و به سه پرسش نامه سبک های هویت (ISI-6G) برزونسکی (1998)، عمل به باورهای دینی (معبد) گلزاری (1379) و بلوغ شغلی ساویکاس و پرفلی (2011) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که بین سبک های هویت و دین داری، با بلوغ شغلی در سطح 01/0p< رابطه مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. تعهد هویت پیش بینی کننده اصلی (به صورت مثبت) و سبک هویت سردرگم/ اجتنابی پیش بینی کننده (به صورت منفی) برای بلوغ شغلی است. دین داری در بعد انجام واجبات، بلوغ شغلی را پیش بینی می کند. علاوه بر این، سبک هویت هنجاری و تعهد هویت، سهم بالایی در پیش بینی دین داری و ابعاد آن به صورت مثبت دارند. از یافته های این تحقیق می توان راهبردهایی جهت غنابخشی به وضعیت هویتی جوانان از طریق تعمیق باورهای دینی و نیز آموزش و کمک به ارتقای سطح بلوغ شغلی آنان استخراج نمود.
