    The Relationship between Attachment to God and Marital Satisfaction with Mediating Role of Marital Spirituality and Spiritual Well- Being of Female Employees of Administrative Offices in Ahvaz

    Abstract: 
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between attachment to God and marital satisfaction with mediating role of marital spirituality and spiritual well-being. The subject of this study was married women of administrative personnel offices in Ahvaz.. For examining this model, at first, measures were validated on 103 women that were selected by available sampling method. Then 193 women by same sampling were selected for studying the fitness of model. Participant completed measures of Attachment to God Scale (AGS), Marital Satisfaction (Enrich), Marital Spirituality Scale (MSS) and Spirituality Well-Being Scale (SWBS). Results showed a significant relationship for the direct path analysis from attachment to God to marital spirituality, attachment to God to spirituality well-being, marital spirituality to marital satisfaction, and spirituality well-being to marital satisfaction. In addition for indirect path analysis the result showed that there was relationship between attachment to God and marital satisfaction with the mediating role of marital spirituality and spiritual well- being.

    Title :بررسی مدل پیشنهادی رابطه‌ی دلبستگی به خدا و رضایت زناشویی با میانجی گری معنویت زناشویی و بهزیستی معنوی در کارکنان زن اداره های دولتی شهر اهواز
    Abstract: 
    هدف این پژوهش، بررسی مدل پیشنهادی رابطه‌ی بین دلبستگی به خدا و رضایت زناشویی، با میانجی گری معنویت زناشویی و بهزیستی معنوی در میان زنان متأهل شاغل در اداره های دولتی شهرستان اهواز بود. اعتباریابی ابزار پژوهش، بر روی نمونه‌ی 103 نفری انجام شد. نمونه اصلی شامل 193 نفر بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، شامل پرسش نامه‌ی دلبستگی به خدا پرسش نامه‌ی رضایت زناشویی، پرسش نامه‌ی معنویت زناشویی پرسش نامه‌ی بهزیستی معنوی بود. ارزیابی مدل فرضی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفت. آزمون مدل در نمونه، برازندگی مناسبی داشت. نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای دلبستگی به خدا و معنویت زناشویی، دلبستگی به خدا و بهزیستی معنوی، معنویت زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی و بهزیستی معنوی و رضایت زناشویی، رابطه‌ی مستقیم مثبت معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین متغیر دلبستگی به خدا از طریق معنویت زناشویی و بهزیستی معنوی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه دارد.
