    The Relationship between Psychological Hardiness and Religious Attitude with Hope in Cardiovascular Patients

    Abstract: 
    Analyzing the relationship between psychological hardiness and religious attitude with hope in cardiovascular patients, this research study is performed. Using a descriptive-correlation method, and focusing on 196 cardiovascular patients at Bojnourd medical center, who were selected by available sampling method, this research study is performed. Ahwaz Psychological hardiness questionnaire (AHI), religious attitude scale (RAS) and hope (AHS) were used to collect data. Data analysis was done through Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis.     Title :رابطه‌ی سرسختی روان‌شناختی و نگرش مذهبی با امیدواری در بیماران قلبی ـ عروقی
    Abstract: 
    این پژوهش، به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین سرسختی روان شناختی و نگرش مذهبی با امیدواری، در بیماران قلبی ـ عروقی انجام شد. این پژوهش، یک طرح توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که تعداد 196 نفر بیمار قلبی ـ عروقی در مرکز درمانی شهرستان بجنورد با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها، از پرسش نامه های سرسختی روان شناختی اهواز (AHI)، مقیاس نگرش مذهبی (RAS) و امیدواری (AHS) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین سرسختی روان شناختی، نگرش مذهبی و امیدواری، رابطه‌ی معناداری (01/0>P) وجود دارد. در تحلیل رگرسیون، سرسختی روان شناختی و نگرش مذهبی توانستند به طور معناداری امیدواری را پیش بینی کنند (01/0>P). همچنین، از بین مؤلفه های نگرش مذهبی خرده مقیاس های مباحث اجتماعی، جهان بینی و باورها، عبادات و علم و دین قوی ترین پیش بینی کننده‌ی امیدواری در بیماران قلبی ـ عروقی بودند (01/0>P). هر چه میزان سرسختی روان شناختی و نگرش مذهبی بیماران قلبی ـ عروقی بیشتر باشد، امیدواری آنان افزایش خواهد یافت.
