The Relationship between Psychological Capital and Wisdom of Teachers with the Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between "psychological capital" and "teachers' wisdom" with the mediating role of "psychological empowerment". Using the structural equation approach, the research method was "descriptive" of the correlation type. The statistical population of the research was 600 teachers in the primary schools of Meibod city in the academic year of 1399-1400 H. SH. For this purpose, 375 elementary school teachers of Meybod city were selected by "simple random sampling" method and completed the "psychological capital", "psychological empowerment" and "wisdom" questionnaires. Using structural equation model approach, the data were analyzed. The results showed that the proposed model has a good fit. The modeling results show that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between "psychological capital", "psychological empowerment" and "wisdom". Also, psychological capital has an effect on wisdom through psychological empowerment. The findings show that by improving the variables of "psychological capital" and "psychological empowerment", we can expect an increase in wisdom in teachers.

Title :رابطه سرمایه روان‌شناختی و خردمندی معلمان با نقش واسطه‌ای توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی
Abstract:
هدف این پژوهش تعیین میزان رابطه بین «سرمایه روان شناختی» و «خردمندی معلمان» با نقش واسطه ای «توانمندسازی روان شناختی» است. روش پژوهش «توصیفی» از نوع همبستگی و با استفاده از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بوده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش، همه‌ی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان میبد در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400، به تعداد 600 تن بودند. بدین منظور، 375 تن از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میبد با روش «نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده» انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه های «سرمایه روان شناختی»، «توانمندسازی روان شناختی» و مقیاس «خرد» را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از رویکرد الگوی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد الگوی مطرح شده از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. نتایج الگو یابی نشانگر آن است که بین «سرمایه روان شناختی»، «توانمندسازی روان شناختی» و «خرد» رابطه ای معنا دار و مثبت وجود دارد. همچنین سرمایه روان شناختی از طریق توانمندسازی روان شناختی بر خرد اثرگذار است. این یافته ها نشان می دهد که با ارتقای متغیرهای «سرمایه روان شناختی» و «توانمندسازی روان شناختی» می توان افزایش خرد را در معلمان انتظار داشت.
