    The Effect of Intervention Based on Spiritual Self and Family Self on the Decrease of University Students' Depression Signs

    Abstract: 
    The present paper tries to compile the protocol of this intervention and evaluate the rate of its effectiveness in treating depression. 24 female students of 'Allamah Tabatabaii University who had signs of depression based on Beck's depression test and clinical interview were randomly selected and divided into two groups (treatment group and control group). Then a twelve-session protocol of intervention based on spiritual self and family self were conducted on experiment group. T-test was used to analyze the data. The research findings showed that the subjects who had received intervention based on spiritual self and family self had less signs of depression than the control group. The follow-up results showed that this intervention is more effective to reduce the signs of depression in experiment group than in control group.

    Title :تأثیر مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر خود معنوی و خود خانوادگی بر کاهش علایم افسردگی دانشجویان
    Abstract: 
    پژوهش حاضر به منظور تدوین پروتکل این مداخله و ارزیابی میزان اثربخشی آن در درمان افسردگی صورت گرفت. برای اجرای این پژوهش، 24 دانشجوی دختر دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی که بر اساس آزمون افسردگی بک و مصاحبه‌ی بالینی، دارای علایم افسردگی بودند، به طور تصادفی به دو گروه دوازده نفره (یک گروه درمان و یک گروه گواه) تخصیص داده شدند. سپس پروتکل دوازده جلسه ای مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر خود معنوی و خود خانوادگی، در گروه آزمایش انجام شد. داده ها با آزمون t تحلیل شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد، آزمودنی هایی که مداخله‌ی مبتنی بر خود معنوی و خود خانوادگی را دریافت کرده بودند، به نسبت گروه گواه در علایم افسردگی بسیار کاهش داشته اند. نتایج پیگیری نیز نشان داد که این مداخله بر کاهش علایم افسردگی در گروه آزمایش، به نسبت گروه گواه مؤثرتر است.
