Abstract:
The present research was carried out with the aim of contextualizing and validating the breach of marriage contract based on religious thought. It is of a basic theoretical type and has used the "Ijtihadi" method. Using this method, necessary data were extracted, categorized and analyzed. Gaba and Lincoln's "reliability", "transferability", "dependability " and "confirmability" indicators have been used to evaluate accuracy, reliability and credibility. Frequency tables and graphs have been used to analyze the data, and to check the reliability of two methods "Content Validity Ratio" (CVR) and "Content Validity Index" (CVI) have been utilized. The results of contextualization and validation show that from the point of view of Islamic teachings, 33 categories can be extracted for the contextualization of the breach of marriage contract, of which 15 categories are in the individual domain and 18 categories are in the communication domain. This finding can provide the basis for developing scales and clinical interventions based on Islamic thought.

Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف زمینه یابی و روایی سنجی پیمان شکنی زناشویی براساس اندیشه دینی صورت پذیرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادین نظری است و از روش «اجتهادی» استفاده کرده است. با استفاده از این روش، داده های لازم استخراج، دسته بندی و تحلیل گردیدند. به منظور ارزشیابی، صحت، قابل اطمینان بودن و موثق بودن از شاخص های «اعتماد پذیری»، «انتقال پذیری»، «وابستگی و اتکاپذیری»، و «تأیید پذیری» گابا و لینکلن استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از جداول و نمودارهای فراوانی و بررسی اعتماد پذیری از دو شیوه «نسبت روایی محتوا» (CVR) و شاخص «روایی محتوا» (CVI) استفاده گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از زمینه یابی و روایی سنجی، گویای این مطلب است که از دیدگاه آموزه های اسلامی برای زمینه یابی پیمان شکنی زناشویی 33 مقوله قابل استخراج است که 15 مقوله در حوزه فردی و 18 مقوله در حوزه ارتباطی جای می گیرند. این یافته می تواند زمینه را برای ساخت مقیاس و مداخلات بالینی براساس اندیشه اسلامی فراهم آورد.
