Abstract:
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of "spiritual-religious group therapy" on the school-related stress of tenth grade female students in Karaj city. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group design. The research population included high school female students of the 10th grade in Karaj city in the academic year 2017-2018, 40 of whom were selected as research sample using the multi-stage cluster sampling method with random assignment. The 40 participants were assigned to experimental (20) and control (20) groups. Ang and Hwan’s Academic Stress Questionnaire (2006) was used as research instrument. 12 sessions of "spiritual-religious group therapy" were implemented for the experimental group, and the control group did not receive any intervention. After the completion of the treatment sessions, the post-test was given again to both groups, and finally, data analysis was done using the covariance analysis method. The findings of the research showed that "spiritual-religious group therapy" reduces the school-related stress of students.

Title :اثربخشی «گروهدرمانی معنوی ـ مذهبی» بر استرس تحصیلی دانشآموزان دختر پایه دهم متوسطه
Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی «گروه درمانی معنوی ـ مذهبی» بر استرس تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر پایه دهم متوسطه شهر کرج انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع «نیمه آزمایشی» با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود و جامعه پژوهشْ دانش آموزان دختر پایه دهم متوسطه شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بودند که 40 تن به عنوان نمونه و به شیوه «نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای» با جایگزینی تصادفی انتخاب و در گروه های آزمایش (20 تن) و گواه (20 تن) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه «استرس تحصیلی» انگ و هوان (2006) بود. برای گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه «گروه درمانی معنوی ـ مذهبی» اجرا شد و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. پس از اتمام جلسات درمانی، مجدداً پس آزمون از افراد هر دو گروه گرفته و در نهایت، تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد «گروه درمانی معنوی ـ مذهبی» موجب کاهش استرس تحصیلی دانش آموزان شده است.
