    Abstract: 
    The current research aims at offering the project and package of Islamic self-discovery therapy and its effectiveness on ontamination and impurity Tahart (ritual purity) and Najasat (ritual impurity) compulsions. To carry out the study, we selected 15 subjects (9 men and 6 women) as convenient sample. Maudsley Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory and Cattell anxiety scale were carried out as pretest. The same scales were executed as post-tests. The follow-up tests were also carried out after six months or more (up to 12 months). The resultant scores were compared with pre- and post-tests. Through T-test for dependent groups in all three variables, the results were significant by .99 level of confidence. In pre-test and the follow-up stages, the differences were also at the same level of confidence. As the result, Islamic self-discovery therapy has significant effects on obsession, depression and anxiety and this therapeutic method can be used as the final treatment for some subjects.

    Abstract: 
    این پژوهش در پی ارائه‌ی درمان خودیابی اسلامی در زمینه‌ی وسواس در آلودگی، طهارت و نجاست می باشد. برای بررسی، 15 نفر( شامل 9مرد و 6 زن) به صورت نمونه‌ی در دسترس، برگزیده شدند. آزمون وسواس مادزلی، افسردگی بک و اضطراب کتل به عنوان پیش آزمون به اجرا درآمد. در پایان درمان خودیابی اسلامی، پس آزمون اجرا شد. پی گیری نیز بین شش ماه تا یک سال بعد از درمان به انجام رسید و نتایج با نمرات پیش آزمون و پس آزمون مقایسه گردید. با استفاده از آزمون t، گروه های وابسته در هر سه متغیر، به ویژه میزان وسواس، نتایج با سطح اطمینان 99٪ معنادار می باشد. در مرحله‌ی پیش آزمون و پی گیری نیز تفاوت ها با همین سطح اطمینان، معنادار است. در نتیجه، درمان خودیابی اسلامی در درمان وسواس، افسردگی و اضطراب اثر معنادار دارد، و برخی از آزمودنی ها را می توان برای به کارگیری آن درمان نهایی نمود.
