    Abstract

This paper seeks to study the factors of motivational behavior from the viewpoint of Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi to design the motive theoretical model from his point of view. Using, an analytical-descriptive method and concentrating on Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's works, this paper collected the human motivational factors and processes, and then it clarified and explained Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's motivational pattern from a psychological perspective. This paper presents this view as a primary model for motivating behavior in the form of a network diagram. According to Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's point of view, man has dual purposeful, immortal dimensions that inherently have free will and authority. He also considers man as the highest creature of Allah, who has and dignity before Allah and tends toward perfection. In the dimension of motivation and energy behavior, man has a dynamic soul with fundamental tendencies, recognition, worldview and free will. In addition to that, due to this model, the soul and its fundamental tendencies are authentic and provide energy for all behaviors.

Keywords: pattern, motivation, Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi.

    Abstract

This paper seeks to study the self-actualization modeling based on spiritual intelligence, moral intelligence and psychological well-being. The statistical population of the survey consisted of gifted students in Semnan province. First, to determine a sample size, four hundred students of the gifted schools of Shahrood and Damghan were selected by simple stratified random sampling. This survey uses the spiritual intelligence, moral intelligence, psychological well-being and self-actualization (ASAI) scales to collect information. Using structural equations, it analyzes the research data. The findings show that spiritual intelligence has a direct positive and significant effect on self-actualization and psychological well-being of the gifted students. That is, the increase of spiritual intelligence has a positive effect on the psychological well-being, and positive psychological well-being increases self-actualization of an individual. Moral intelligence also has a positive effect on self-actualization indirectly and through influence on psychological well-being, but it does not have a direct effect on self-actualization. As a result, to educate self-actualized students, it is very significant to provide some training to increase the level of spiritual intelligence, moral intelligence and psychological well-being in schools and textbooks.

Keywords: self-actualization, spiritual intelligence, moral intelligence, psychological well-being.

    Abstract

Spirituality, as an effective factor, plays a significant role in the physical and mental health of individuals, especially adolescents. Paying attention to this variable becomes more necessary than ever before, when an individual loses his parent and guardian. This paper seeks to study the effectiveness of spiritual component educations on reducing the feeling of loneliness and increasing self-esteem on the teens of orphanage. The sample consisted of 40 adolescents living in orphanages of Kerman province, who were randomly assigned to four groups. The spiritual components were presented to the two experimental groups in 10 sessions of 90 minutes, and the two control groups did not receive a program. According to the statistical method, pretest was taken from the only one test group and a control group before implementing the therapeutic plan, but after its implementation, all four groups responded to the questionnaire forms of loneliness and self-esteem. The findings show that educating the spiritual teachings had a significant effect on reducing the adolescent feeling of loneliness (0/05>P), but it has not been effective on the element of self-esteem. The spiritual components provide prosperity and happiness for man by refining and reconstructing the internal and external aspects of individuals.
