In recent years, moral personality has been one of the key topics in psychology, and the question is whether morality is only at the level of behavior or can we talk about it at the level of personality as well? The aim of the current research was to identify the components of moral personality and present its conceptual model based on Islamic sources and evaluate its validity. The research method was a mixed of Exploratory sequential design that for qualitative research and for quantitative research, descriptive-survey method was used. In the qualitative part, the concept of moral personality was investigated in psychological and lexical sources and its corresponding concepts were extracted in Islamic sources. Then, according to the data obtained from the concepts, the components of moral personality were obtained using the coding method. In the data analysis, 865 open codes were obtained, and through the axial and selective coding, the findings showed that the components of moral personality are divided into three categories: cognitional components including: Spiritual awareness, continuous self-evaluation, blissful thinking and optimism - satisfaction; Inclinational Components including: God-oriented emotionality, trust and hope in God, supreme effort, peace of mind – endurance, and lack of need - lack of belonging; behavioral components including: behavioral discipline, moderation, good association, selfless helping and friendship and tolerance (social tolerance). In the quantitative part, the degree of conformity of the concepts corresponding to the moral personality in psychology and the degree of compatibility of the components with the documentation were evaluated by 6 experts by calculating the content validity index (CVI), and 11 concepts and 14 components were confirmed. Explaining the relationships between the components, led to the conclusion that cognitional and Inclinational components interact with each other to form behavioral components and all components are affected by faith and its accessories. This model was distinguished from other models in psychology by emphasizing the cognitive, Inclination and behavioral dimensions in relation to God, oneself and others, in the context of faith in God Almighty.
